Grown at 1600 meters, this single-farm lot of the Pacas variety represents the best of Honduran specialty agriculture. Pristine high-altitude mountain water is used to carefully wash the harvest, resulting in an exceptionally clean, vibrant cup that earned an SCAA score of 87.
The Profile: Honduras Finca La Peña opens with a striking aroma of juicy, ripe orchard fruits. On the first sip, a crisp malic acidity reminiscent of sweet Peach balances beautifully with a deep, comforting backbone of Brown Sugar and rich Raisins. It is clean, refined, and deeply satisfying roast.
