At Everbean, we treat every roast as a pursuit of perfection. Because coffee is a fresh, perishable product, we handle returns and replacements with the following guidelines:
Roasted Coffee

No Returns: We do not accept returns on roasted coffee. We stand by our quality and only dispatch beans freshly roasted to order. To maintain food safety and quality standards, we cannot accept returns for resale or restocking.

The Experience: We want you to find your "Routine." If a specific roast isn't meeting your expectations, please reach out. We are happy to provide brewing guidance or suggest a different profile that better suits your palate for your next order.
Shipping Issues & Damages

Replacements: If your order arrives damaged (compromised packaging) or contains the wrong items, we will issue a replacement immediately at no additional cost.

Notification Window: Please contact us at info@everbeancoffee.com within 7 days of delivery.

Verification: To help us resolve the issue with our shipping partners, please include photo proof of the damaged packaging or incorrect items in your message.
Subscriptions & Cancellations

Cancellations: You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal.

Cut-off: Cancellations must be made before your next roast date. Once a bag has been roasted and fulfilled, the sale is final.
