Roasters Notes: I dont always write roasters notes... but when I do.... This coffee is a game changer. An excellent example of how diverse coffee can be. The strawberry notes is this coffee are unreal. I tried as espresso, cortado, latte, americano, pour over and French Press. The milk drinks really paired well with the fruit notes. As a straight black coffee drink, it was a bit too strawberry'y for my taste buds. I complemented black coffee drinks with even a few grams and it wasnt as overpowering. A great blending option if you like adjusting the flavour dial.
