A perfected, traditional espresso. The coffee you find in a busy piazza in Rome. No acidity, no floral pretension—just a rich, chocolatey, and powerful espresso. We use high-density Antigua beans for structure and Honey-process Brazil for a syrupy mouthfeel, finished with just enough high-grade Robusta to ensure a crema that holds a sugar cube.
