Espresso
The Everbean Espresso Collection
From the busy piazzas of Italy to the cutting-edge cafes of the modern "Third Wave," our espresso collection is designed for every palate. Whether you want a thick, chocolatey crema that stands up to milk or a bright, floral shot that drinks like a fine tea, we have a roast for you.
The Choice: Traditional vs. Modern
Midnight Lake | The Traditional Italian
“The bold, dark, and reliable classic.” For those who value body and intensity. Inspired by the heritage of Italian espresso bars, Midnight Lake is a heavy-bodied blend featuring our Brazil Cerrado and a touch of Indian Kaapi Royale. Expect a rich, syrupy mouthfeel with notes of dark chocolate and toasted hazelnut.
-
Roast Level: Dark (227°C)
-
Best For: Lattes, Cappuccinos, and a punchy morning start.
Aurora Crema | The Modern Light
“Vibrant, complex, and unapologetically bright.” A four-origin masterpiece for the adventurous drinker. Aurora Crema is a technical post-blend dropped at 205°C to preserve the delicate aromatics of the bean. It highlights the citrus "zing" of Ethiopia and the stone-fruit sweetness of Colombia.

Roast Level: Modern Light (205°C)
-
Best For: Straight shots, Americanos, and coffee purists.
Why Post-Blending?
At Everbean Coffee, we don't believe in "one size fits all" roasting. We roast each component of our blends—our Brazil, Colombia, Ethiopia, and Guatemala—individually to its specific "sweet spot" before blending them together. This ensures that the delicate floral notes of the light roasts aren't lost to the bold sugars of the dark roasts.
